MISSION

The Foundation center of alternative medical research CINMA is a non-governmental and environmentalist organization -ONG with goals of searching etnoscientific issues, Ethno education and counseling in matters of ethnic medicines, alternative and/or complementary Medicine, ethnobotany, Phytochemistry, appropriate technologies and agro industrial development of medicinal and aromatic plants.

VISION

Now the academic and administrative structure of CINMA is oriented to consolidate as an organization in the Cyberspace by means of a Virtual Technological Platform VTP. This strategy looks for to optimize the performance of the financial units, of research, Education and of Institutional services. It is a model of Managerial Organization that includes the personal multimedia, the computing in work groups, the managerial info-structure, the computing among enterprises and the World Net as mediated base, what constitutes an opportunity for the realization of the comparative advantages of organizations where the Know-how How prevails as strength , and that they don't have a complex physical infrastructure; the one that limits but that facilitates the efficient co participation, with the new Intelligent and of the Learning companies. That is to say, the PTV favors to the companies without original accumulation of capital inside the context of the managerial paradigms of the contemporary Globalization.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Promote cross-disciplinary research in: Medicine German Homeopathy Medicine, Floral Medicine, Biological Medicine, Western Naturistic Medicine, Regenerative Molecular Medicine, Ancestral Herbal Amazonian Medicine, Traditional American Mestizo Medicine, Traditional China Medicine, Traditional Indian Ayurvedic Medicine, Indian System of LayaYoga or Kundalini Yoga.
  2. Carry out Ethno- Psychiatric and Anthropological researches on shamanic cure (cross-cultural shamanism).
  3. Generate Ethno botanical and phytochemical research on varieties of medicinal, poisonous and psychoactive plants and (Etnobotany and chemistry of the active compounds).
  4. Develop technical and alternative technologies for the cultivation and the industrialization of medicinal and aromatic plants.
  5. Make specific proposals on models of Ethno development in Public health, etno methodologies on etno Education and community participation.
  6. Collaborate closely with public and private institutions of municipal, departmental, national and international character and to sign agreements with them if it is necessary.
  7. Promote an environmentalist conception of the human habitat and the harmonic development of the relationship Man-ecosystem.
  8. Recognize, to study and to protect the knowledge on man-Environment relationships of the diverse American native ethnic groups and their concomitant symbolic systems that define them, protects and cure them.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  1. To finance, to process and to support research projects in the defined areas as high-priority for the Foundation.
  2. To offer training courses and training, shops, seminars, Symposia, counsellorship, consultantships, conferences, etc.; as part of the extension programs.
  3. To elaborate audiovisual material (documental videos, multimedia presentations, etc.), programs of radio and television, periodic publications, etc. on the investigations in course and/or executed as well as over Medical Ethnic practices cosmovisiones of them.
  4. To elaborate and to market own and other people's products that push the development of our philosophy.
